Books You Need For Starting A Spiritual Journey

Here are some of my all time favorite books to share with you. These books have helped me to permanently shift my mindset for the better. If you want to look at your life differently, look at yourself differently, look at the world differently, these books are definitely for you.

I’ve learned a lot about spirituality and mindset from seminars, blog posts, coaching, and even social media, but the thing that has made the most impact on my shift are books.

When I don’t have time to sit and read, I will listen to them on Audible (lifesaver as a busy mom). If you don’t have one already, you can get a free trial by clicking here. They just hit differently and really tend to stay with me longer.

I do resonate with and like social media posts, but it’s really only for that moment, they tend not to stick with me for the long haul. That’s why books or audiobooks will always be my number 1 recommendation if you really want to start out your

The Untethered Soul (Your Spiritual Journey Guide)

This was my first book I read on spirituality and I was floored! I had never looked at life with the keen perspective that Micheal Singer was showing me in this wonderful book, The Untethered Soul. Absolutely life changing. I couldn’t get enough. This book really was the start of my road to inner peace and expanding my then super limited consciousness.

He opens your eyes with engaging stories and emphasizes meditation and self awareness. So I started meditating. The only meditations I had ever done prior to this book were for 5 minutes at the end of my yoga class in shavasana. Slowly but surely my life and perspective started to change.

I love this book. I recommend this book to everyone, especially when they are just starting out on their spiritual journey and/or trying to change their life for the better.

The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment (A Spiritual Awakening Journey)

If you are serious about your spiritual path, Eckhart Tolle will be your go to. I won’t sugar coat it. This book is intense. It goes through in detail his own spiritual awakening journey. He shows you how to start your spiritual awakening by simply being fully in the now. This book will show you how to develop spiritual power. This is a POWERFUL book and if you aren’t ready, it may be a little much. But it is one of my favorites books about spiritual journeys.

You Can Heal Your Life

In order to evolve, you must heal first. Otherwise challenges will continue to reoccur in your life because that area needs healing. This book, You Can Heal Your Life was originally written a while ago, but the content in here is surprisingly poignant and extremely helpful. Her affirmations are extremely helpful and basically map out for you how to develop spirituality.

Louise L. Hay is clear in her message and reveals truths and new thought patterns that shake you to your core. Short, sweet, and to the point. This is really a must have in your collection.

A Happy Pocket Full of Money (How To Start A Spiritual Journey With Abundance)

David Cameron Gikandi wrote this GEM of a book. If you are ready to get your mind to expand and grow, this book is for you. This book just makes sense. Surprisingly, money is actually not the main focus of this book. It brings everything you’ve learned about spirituality and what you haven’t yet learned and makes it make sense.

If becoming more spiritual and learning how to make your way in this world through spirituality is your goal (aka make more money), this is the book that will help get you there. Actually, this may be one of my favorites.

The Four Agreements (A Straightforward Four Step Guide On How To Become More Spiritual)

If you want a practical book that shows you in 4 steps how to be more spiritual, Don Miguel Ruiz’s Book the Four Agreements is the book for you. Even if you aren’t that spiritual, this book still hits the nail on the head. The life lessons you will learn as you follow along the main character’s spirituality journey are profound.

You will come away with a deep compassion for others and yourself because everyone is on their own journey as well. Your understanding of your power and how others cannot take that power away from you will become clear. You will understand the spiritual journey meaning.

The Alchemist (THE Spiritual Journey Book)

Paulo Coelho shows us through this richly beautiful woven story that personal growth, self-discovery, and finding your true passion in life is the wisdom of life. Through the characters spiritual journeys we learn that everything has a purpose, everything has a ripple effect, and to follow what the universe put in your heart.

It was a very moving and inspirational book with so many little unexpected treasures to help you through your own life. It is really a beautiful book.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success (Spiritual Journey For Beginners)

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra is a very logical book. It is a nice and easy read and a great introduction if you want to learn how to start your spiritual awakening. Deepak Chopra is a leader in the spiritual community and this book is one of his pillar teachings. The 7 laws are a good standard to live by if you want to learn how to tap into spirituality.

The Celestine Prophecy

The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield quite literally blew my mind! When I finished this book almost could not recognize reality vs fantasy. I lost sleep because I could not put this book down. The crazy intense, very believable story told in this book reveals so many truths and blasts through conditioning and really opens your mind. This is one of my all time favorite books.

I am about to reread it again because it’s been a few years and it teaches you how to open up your spiritual side without actually trying to teach you anything. It’s the ride of a lifetime and I’m so blessed to have been told of it’s existence.

Conversations With God (A Spiritual Journey With God)

Neale Donald Walsch

I grew up Catholic. Neale Donald Walsch also grew up Catholic. I deeply resonated with this book. In Conversations With God, Neal Donald Walsch quite directly channels God’s words into this book. Through my transition from religion to spirituality, I obviously had many questions, which over time were mostly all answered for me. But if I had this book to read at my beginning spiritual journey, all my questions would have been answered. The Audible version of this book is amazing as well (famous actors/narrators read for this). If you would like your spirituality vs religion questions answered, this is the book for you.

The Seven Spiritual Laws for Parents

I’m a mom of two wonderful boys, and when I started parenting, I tried to read all sorts of books to help them with their brain development, behavior, health, etc. But none of these books were really helping with what I actually needed.

I needed a guide on how to help direct my child’s thinking and mentality for a happy successful life both now and for the future. Well, Deepak Chopra wrote The Seven Spiritual Laws for Parents to help with just that!

It’s short and to the point. I listened to it on Audible because I had 2 babies that always wanted mommy at the time. There was no time to sit and read a book. Super helpful foundational concepts to integrate into your parenting style.

You Are a Badass

Jen Sincero wrote this awesome, super relatable book about how you are inherently a serious badass, you just have to remember who you are! And she does a great job at empowering you and giving you permission to be that badass that you really are! I love listening to it on Audible, the author herself reads it and it feels like you are out having coffee together. It is a fun, humorous self-actualization, self-empowerment book.

Crystals for Beginners

This is a great crystal book if you are just starting out with crystals or if you are already into it and just want a reference guide. Most of the time I like to google but sometimes I like to have a real book in my hands to thumb through, especially if it’s a reference book. Easy to use and very thorough. A good staple to have in your library.

Human Design: The Revolutionary System That Shows You Who You Came Here to Be

Jenna Zoe is one of my FAVORITE Human Design Practitioners. I have listened to every one of her podcasts, I use her beautiful and user friendly app, and now she has written a book that I am quite literally eating up! She reads it herself and since I am already used to her voice I love that. It’s very informative for beginners and experts alike.

The Human Design Workbook

Karen Curry Parker wrote this very easy to use yet thorough Human Design Workbook. If you want to figure out how to become spiritual and get to know yourself through Human Design, but are not ready to book a session yet, this book is the way to go. You don’t have to be an expert to understand your Human Design and this workbook will help get you there.

Starting A Spiritual Journey With Crystals

First, and foremost, you have to find the right place to buy them. I have been buying crystals for years and have FINALLY come across THE BEST place to buy crystals. It is literally the ONLY place I shop for crystals now.

When buying crystals, you want the best quality, an amazing variety, cheap shipping, the best bang for your buck, and someone who actually loves using crystals themselves and cares about the products they sell to you. Well don’t you worry, because I found her for you!

Natalie at CrystalLiveEmporium.com has all these qualities and just the most amazing vibes. I found her on TikTok and not only does she have an AWESOME website with all the best, most unique crystals, she goes live on TikTok several times a week where she sells her newest lots and does crazy giveaways and deals!

She is super fancy now on her lives, you keep track of what you’ve claimed on the lives in real time so you know what’s in your box. She even set up text messaging that you can sign up for where she sends out special codes for a chance to win in her giveaways and so you know when she goes live so you won’t miss a thing.

Just wallet beware because it is ADDICTING! Also, make sure you have good internet because her stuff gets claimed fast!

I’ve tried many different online shops, big and small, and none of them compare to Natalie’s. You can thank me later.

Becoming Spiritual With Grounding and EMF Protection

Nowadays, for most of us, it can be next to impossible to get outside in nature and ground ourselves. Unless you live right off the beach, or in the forest or hiking trail, the best we can do sometimes is your backyard or the neighborhood park. But don’t worry, because there are other ways you can ground yourself.

Here are some products I love that work for me:

Hooga Grounding Mat

As a busy mom, I don’t always have time to go outside and ground. This grounding mat is my indoor reset. You can place it under your laptop so your arms are touching it as you work, meditate on it, use it in bed and ground while you sleep (like I do).

Grounding Mattress Cover

If you are serious about grounding, this Grounding Mattress Cover is the way to go! If you have a lot of inflammation in your body, grounding mats create an electrical charge between you and the earth. This gives your body a more neutral charge by allowing free ions to flow from the earth to your body, helping with inflammation.

We spend so much of our time in bed, might as well make the most of that time by grounding.

Smudge Bowl/Incense Holder

One of the best ways to ground and clear energy from a space is to use a smudge stick, sage bundle (this one is sustainably sourced), or incense. I love this smudge bowl because it’s beautiful and has a little section especially for your matches. There is something so satisfying about lighting an actual match and using real fire to start your smoke to shift the energy of the space.

Whole House EMF Neutralizer

This is the Aulterra Whole House plug EMF Neutralizer. This neutralizes EMF’s throughout your entire house. There are a lot of electronics in our homes lately and this provides that extra peace of mind. I love that it’s super easy to use, you literally just plug it into a working outlet. If you want an easy way to protect yourself from the damaging effects of EMF, this is a great one to try out!

EMF Blocking Cell Phone Pouch

I LOVE this BetterSleep app in my sleep so I have to have my phone close to me (literally under the edge of my pillow- I know, so bad!).

But since I’ve been using this pouch, I’ve noticed a much more relaxing sleep! I just slip my phone into the pouch and put the pouch under the edge of my pillow and I feel way less tense at night. I would be so tense that my neck muscles would be flexed and stiff when I wake up in the morning, but not anymore! It blocks out practically 100% of EMF!

I recently got one for my husband’s side of the bed as well. And you can BET that when my kids get cellphones, this will be given to them too! I love the neutral color and texture too!

Blue Light Blocking Glasses

I don’t know about you but looking at my computer screen or my phone for long periods of time really strain my eyes. Blue light from electronic devices are know to be a contributing factor to this. These Benicci Blue Light Blocking Glasses are an easy, super cute way to help you take care of your eyes. They are low in price too!

How To Start A Spiritual Journey Through Meditation

spiritual journey stages: woman meditating

Let’s face it. Meditation can be hard, really hard. Not only when you are first getting started, but anytime. But when you have the right tools to help, ones that you are excited to use, it can be a game changer! Here is a list of all my meditation necessities that help me.

Meditation Pillow

This is my hands down favorite meditation pillow! Not only is The Seat of Your Soul Crescent Meditation Cushion nice looking, and the perfect size, it comes in so many pretty colors, it is just the right height to help you sit more comfortably and for longer and it has a slightly tucked away carrying handle. I love this thing!

Better Sleep app

This app has an unbelievable amount of different sounds. They offer lots of different meditations, visualizations, hypnosis, kid’s playlist, sleep playlists, sleep tales, music, and even breath-work! I’ve just begun to scratch the surface of this app and I love it!

You can make your own mixes too! For my meditations I love to use 528 frequency (which is the healing or love frequency), paired with Celtic Music, and Green Noise (which encourages relaxation and a calm serene environment). It’s wonderful!

I recently started using the Better Sleep app for me and my kids to play in the background while we sleep. I love using the different color noises to help promote a better night sleep.

Pink Noise is my go to for this. It helps with keeping you in a deeper, more peaceful sleep. I pair it with Soft Piano and Canadian Forest. Sometimes I change it up but that’s my preferred trio for sleep. My kids have been sleeping so soundly since I started using this. They fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer! They even ask me to turn it on if I forget.

I paid for a yearly subscription and it’s around $60/year with a 7 day free trial. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Tibetan Singing Bowl

To get me in the right energy state, I like to use a Tibetan Singing Bowl to help get me in the right frequency for meditating. This one is beautiful and comes in either black or gold. This is a small one, there are lots of different sizes but you really only need a small one to start with, unless you really start getting into it.

Visual Meditation Tool

This is a meditation tool called Peaceful Pebble. If you have a difficult time getting in the right mindset for meditating, this will really help. It can also help with anxiety too. Just turn it on and follow along. Even if you just want to center yourself real quick in the middle of your day, this is perfect and just gives off a really serene vibe.

How To Be Spiritual With Self Care

starting a spiritual journey with a self care ritual (multiple self care products in a pink hue

On my spiritual journey as a busy mom, I found the little time that I had for self care became a sort of ritual for me. Self-care as a practice helps restore your aura, your energy, and feeds your spirit so you can in turn uplift and/or take care of others.

Everyone, I mean everyone needs some sort of self-care. Finding the right self-care for you can be a challenge sometimes. Especially when you are on a time crunch and trying to find a product that actually works.

My favorite way to care for myself is skin care. I also love crystal candles, posture correcting, herbal teas, and high quality bedding and towels. All of these things are a part of my self care ritual. Practicing them helps me to get in a calm and almost meditative state to receive what I need so I can restore my being.

Here are the products I love. Try them out, see how you like them, and make a self care ritual for yourself.

Tongue Scraper

If you aren’t using a copper tongue scraper, I don’t know what you’re doing. One of the best ways for your mouth to feel clean is to scrape your tongue. Your tongue has so much bacteria stuck on it and brushing it does not work half as well as scraping!

Oil Pulling

The ONLY way I can do oil pulling is with GuruNanda Coconut Oil Pulling. It has a minty taste and is always in liquid form no matter what temperature it is. I use only 5mL at a time, the recommended 10 mL is too much for me. I’ve also learned how to keep the oil more towards the front of my mouth too only where the teeth are. That keeps me from gagging. Now I actually enjoy oil pulling. The oral hygiene you will achieve after using this method will surprise you. Less plaque, healthier gums, and even whiter teeth! Oh, and don’t forget to spit it out in the trash not the sink.

Make-up Remover

Do not use make up remover wipes! Use this Bifesta Mandom Eye makeup remover instead. Make up remover wipes will strip your natural skin barrier (the protective layer of your skin) and they don’t even work that well anyway. This is an oil based makeup remover and works really well on even waterproof makeup. Just put some on a cotton pad and gently wipe away!

Cereve Face Wash

This is a non-foaming face wash. I double cleanse (so the foaming facewash is next). When I started using this Cereve Hydrating Face Wash, my face was actually cleaner! It’s like it is able to pull all the gunk up from deep inside my pores and bring it to the surface for me to wash off. Just use a lot of water to rub and rub it in and off, especially on your oilier areas. Best of all, it helps rather than harms your skin barrier!

Foaming Face Wash

This Rice Water Foaming Face Wash is step 2 of my double cleanse routine. It basically sweeps away any impurities that might be left on my face and neck. I love a fresh clean feel when I’m out of the shower and I don’t get that feeling with just the Cereve Cleanser alone. Paired with this cleanser together, my face feels amazing! I like it too for it’s skin brightening properties too. Use just a pea sized amount. It foams up great so it will last you a while.

Balancing Toner

I LOVE THIS ACWELL TONER! It is a balancing toner (so it does not mess with your skin barrier), smells nothing like licorice (smells fresh, clean, and soothing, actually), and does an amazing job prepping your skin for the next layers of goodness you will be applying! At night, after my shower I will use this on a cotton pad. In the morning I just splash it on my face after using the Cereve Hydrating Face Wash. It lasts a while and is a good price too!

Exfoliating Toner

Paula’s Choice Exfoliating Toner is next up in my skin care routine. I will use this every other night, only at night (the nights I don’t use Tretinoin). A chemical exfoliant is the best way to really clean out your pores without damaging your skin barrier. I haven’t use a physical exfoliant (products with grains in it) for years now. Apply to a cotton pad and gently swipe over your skin. This product is a little bit pricier but really does last a while.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hado Labo Hyaluronic Acid is the best working, cheapest one I’ve found. You will need a misting bottle to use before applying this product. I mist my face and then use about a dime sized amount to pat onto my face and neck. If you don’t mist your face with water, it will end up pulling the water from your face, actually dehydrating you rather than plumping and moisturizing. I actually like to mist in between every product I use. It just helps prep my skin.

Serum

Yes. It’s true. You need a serum. They help with dark spots, scars, sun spots, and the general brightening of your skin. Caudalie VinoPerfect Serum is not cheap but it works! I can’t use Vitamin C serums because it makes my skin bumpy with tiny pimples. This product is supposed to be 62 times more effective than Vitamin C anyway.

I had a dark spot on my nose after my second baby and it was very noticeable. This product made the appearance of it diminish at least 50%! It’s 99% gone now and I credit it to VinoPerfect, Retinol, and Tretinoin. I use about a dime sized amount morning and night after my Hyaluronic Acid. The texture is amazingly smooth and smells great. It has a super mild scent. You will not regret getting this product.

Retinol

This Eau Thermale Avene RetrinAL 0.1 product was not easy to fine. I have to look in my orders on Amazon every time because I can’t seem to remember this French name. I think I found it when I was deep diving on Amazon and TikTok trying to find the best, most effective retinol serum for me (I was not ready for Tretinoin yet).

This is an EXCELLENT anti-aging serum. Really, you can’t start too early with an anti-aging skin care routine. It’s effective without stripping your skin. My skin feels well treated and moisturized after using this. It has helped immensely with my dark spots and fine lines. It’s expensive, but SO WORTH IT! I use one pump on my face and neck every night before my moisturizer. It’s thick and luxurious. It’s the best and most effective retinol I have found yet.

Snail Mucin

So I was NOT going to add COSRX Snail Mucin to my skin care routine. Honestly, it grossed me out and I didn’t think it was necessary with my honed in skin routine. But an aestetician on TikTok convinced me to try it out and I am SO glad I did! My skin texture is so smooth and plump. It is hands down the fastest working product I’ve tried. It took about 4 days for me and others to notice a difference in my skin! If you want that dewy smooth look, use this product!

Rules to using snail mucin:

  1. Spray your face with a mister
  2. Pat it into your skin
  3. Moisturize immediately after application

I use it right before my moisturizer morning and night. It’s not expensive and I use 2 pumps with every application and it lasts for a long time! It’s one of my favorite skin care products now.

Cereve Moisturizer

I have combination (a little more on the dry side) skin and am heavily focused on anti aging. If your skin is naturally dry, you might need a heavier cream than this. But other than that, this Cereve PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is cheap and effective. I use it morning and night. I use 5 pumps and pat it into my skin. It’s light, but moisturizing, and doesn’t feel like I have anything heavy on. If I feel dry, I will use more pumps, if I feel a little more oily than usual, I will use less pumps.

Cereve Eye Cream

Honestly, I should be upgrading my eye cream to something a little stronger than this one soon, but this Cereve Eye Repair Cream works great and you can’t beat the price. I have less delicate skin under my eyes compared to most (I’m Asian with a little extra fat padding under my eyes) so this product does the trick for now.

Elta MD Sunscreen

When I say sunscreen is your MOST IMPORTANT PRODUCT, I mean it. I came across this 50 year old woman one time and I was like “Why does your skin look so nice?” I am a very blunt person sometimes. She said her skin was not looking so good a few years back and she just started using sunscreen regularly and over time it greatly improved her skin. Technically sunscreen keeps your skin from continual damage and gives your skin time to regenerate itself.

I love this Elta MD Sunscreen because it does not feel or smell like sunscreen. It feels like skin care (and it’s unscented). It moisturizes without feeling too heavy and almost has a moose like, luxurious feel to it. I use 1 full pump on my face and neck at least 3 times a day (you should really be reapplying sunscreen every 2-3 hours).

If this skin care section is overwhelming to you, just start with this product and work your way to the rest of them. Your face will thank you.

How To Become More Spiritual- Kids Edition (Raising Mindful Kids)

parents meditating with their 2 young kids: how to become spiritual awakening with kids

When I became a parent, I had no idea how to teach my children what I was learning. I mean heck, I was just barely getting to know my true self and what I needed, how could I help anyone else. But of course, you prioritize your kids.

So I found some products that really help. They slowly and easily bring in spiritual concepts and practices in a way children can understand and grow to love and implement themselves.

Little Renegades Mindful Kids Cards

These Little Renegades Mindful Kids Cards are gorgeous, high quality activity cards that my kids love to do with me. Even if you have a baby that can’t quite do the activities yet, I would still recommend doing the cards with them. It’s a great way for you to engage with your baby, wonderful practice for when they are a bit older, and it will force you to take some time out of your day for mindfulness. An overall win for me!

Little Otter Bedtime Cards

These Little Otter Bedtime Cards are the doppelganger to the Mindful Kids Cards above. These cards really focus on activities that help calm your kid and get them in the right state of mind before bedtime. I do these with them after their bedtime routines when they are laying down and tucked in. I find they really do help with bedtime.

Meditation For Kids Starting A Spiritual Journey

Child meditating only body showing, What is spiritual journey for kids?

If you want your kids to start meditating but they just won’t sit still for longer than 10 seconds for you, give this “Breathing Buddha” a try. The core of meditation is learning to sit and breathe. This visual tool will help you do just that. It’s simple, fun, and looks adorable. Eventually the kids will easily be able to do this exercise on their own.

Kid’s Timer

A spiritual journey definition for kids can be so different than for adults. This may seem unnecessary, but it is in actuality an essential necessity.

My kids (now 5 and 7) use this Kid’s Timer all the time. They even set the timer themselves when I tell them it’s almost time to do something. They ask “How much longer?” and they will set it and stop what they are doing when the timer goes off. It’s been a lifesaver and brings awareness to your child. Something they will need as they grow spiritually.

Best Kid Care Products (For Spiritual Parents)

starting a spiritual journey with kids, happy, grounded kids playing with bubbles

Caring for your kids with the right products for your family can be very difficult to find with so many products to choose from. Here is a list of a few things that I use on a regular basis that really help with their well being in general. And always remember to consult your doctor first before trying anything new.

Epsom Salt

This maybe should have gone under the category of grounding, but because I use it so often for my kids, I think it fits better here. Yes, Epsom salt baths are a great way to ground. The magnesium in the salt helps with relaxation and notice a difference in my kids when they don’t take an Epsom salt bath.

I estimate about a 1/2 cup per bath and let them soak as long as they like. For my kid who is sensitive to other people’s energies, I have him take one after school and it helps calm him for the rest of the day. For my one that thinks he doesn’t like to sleep, I give him one before bed and most of the time it puts him right out.

I love that it’s super cheap and easy to use. This lavender scented one smells great too!

Greens Supplement for Kids

My second child will not, and I mean will not eat any greens except seaweed. I know, so weird. I’m just thankful he eats something green. These Maty’s Organic Picky Kid’s Green Blend powder that you just sprinkle onto food is a lifesaver! I funnel a little bit into his honest juice and he doesn’t even notice!

Boogie Wipes

These Boogie Wipes are an absolute miracle worker for your kid when they are snotty. It almost seems like it somehow magically magnetizes the boogers onto the wet wipe. When my kids were babies and didn’t know how to blow their noses, these wipes worked 100 times better than diaper wipes.

They clean the stuck on stuff on the outside and pull (I mean PULL) out the goopy stuff on the inside! Totally worth it. And the formula keeps your kid’s nose from getting red and raw. Amazing product.

Electric Nasal Aspirator

This OCCOBaby Nasal Aspirator was WAY better than the Nose Frida. I really did not like having to suck up the boogers. Gagging almost every time was super uncomfortable and it didn’t work half as well as this electric one.

I used the widest aspirator and just sort-of sealed up one nostril (only at the nostril opening, I did not shove it all the way in) and then covered the other nostril with my thumb (on the nostril and off the nostril) while the aspirator was sucking from the other nostril simultaneously. SO MUCH CAME OUT! Better yet, it was super easy to clean.

Teething Babies

If you have a teething baby this Baltic Amber Teething Necklace will be your miracle. I was seriously skeptical at first and was also super paranoid about having it around their neck or even their wrist. So I put it around their ankle until I felt more comfortable with it around their neck. Once I moved it there though, they barely even noticed it and didn’t mess with it.

The thing is, I thought it wasn’t working. But one day I forgot to put it on. All of a sudden the incessant drooling was back with a vengeance and my baby was constantly chewing anything he could get his hands on. Then about 30 mins after I put the necklace back on, the drooling and gnawing stopped.

I bought the CUTEST little bandanna drool bibs (so many of them because of all the drooling) and had to give them all away because the necklaces worked so well!

Kid’s Toothpaste

My kid’s don’t like minty toothpaste. They keep saying it’s too spicy. But they LOVE this Hello Natural Watermelon Flavor Toothpaste. It’s fluoride free, SLS free, gluten free, safe to swallow, and vegan! It lasts a while and even my super picky one that doesn’t even eat candy likes this one.

Kid’s Toothbrush

I’ve tried a variety of different kid’s toothbrushes out there and have finally landed on the best one for us. The Burst Kid’s Electric Toothbrush is wonderful! The charge lasts forever, recharging is super simple, the replacement toothbrush heads are easy to reorder and best of all, it’s easy for my kids to use on their own.

Blue Light Screen Protectors

So my kids get tablet time. As long as they get everything done that they are supposed to do, as long as they take breaks, as long as they don’t ignore the world around them, and as long as they aren’t obsessive over their tablet, they are allowed to have it.

That’s why I LOVE these screen protectors for their eyes.

e.m.f. Protection for Kid’s Tablets

These EMF Protectors are so easy to use and are at a wonderful price point! They block out EMFs from any device. You just stick them on. And the design is super cute for kids.

Like I said before, my kids are allowed to have screen time as long as they use it in moderation. But having EMF protection for my kids makes me feel better when they are using their devices.
